Week 11 - Lyngdal +++++

We had a nice walk on Sunday. The weather was great and it was nice to see around in the neighbourhood! :-)

We were so lucky to be invited to fam. Bjørheim Nøkling - "Lutefisk" on the menu, absolutely fantastic! Børge, your the best "lutefisk" maker ever! :-) Lutefisk is sort of salty cod! :-)

Picking up Anna at Klepp - Lisa wanted to try to sit on Ingrid's horses. Not afraid at all! :-)

Week 10 - Hipp Hurra for Lisa som blir 5 år idag! :-)

She was so happy with all her presents, makeup and money from Sveins parents, a "sleeping bag" from Mormor & Alf + +++++ She also got this nice makeup table from Ella - Like a princess! :-)

16 kids from 4-6 years on "make your own pizza party". Quite ambitious, but it went ok! :-) It was good to relax afterwards.

Some of her friends :-) - Many presents, she was sooooo happy and overwhelmed. Next week its time for family! :-)

Week 9 - Big progress in Riga

It's absolutely unbelivable, but dad is home in Helena's house, he is walking around himself and he is doing fantastic progress. :-) We are so amazed, and happy that he is so much better. Now we have started the prosess with getting him to Norway to start some rehabilitation. Lene is in Riga now and she will stay there until Tuesday! :-)

Week 8 - Visiting dad in Riga + Evje

Monday morning I took the 06:15 flight to Riga to visit my dad. It was fabulous news when I arrived the hospital. Dad was about to move division from intensive care to a room where we could visit as much as we wanted. He was quite surprised when he saw me and it was fantastic to see him again. Against all odds, he survived! :-) Maybe I should start to believe that there is something between heaven and earth anyway..... Hmmm

Behind this walls he was laying for 6 weeks. The doctors did a fantastic job, and we are so thankful for giving him his life back.

Arriving back to Stavanger Tuesday afternoon I went to job for 2 days and then we drove to our cabin at Evje for a long weekend. The kids had winter holiday from school and thy spent some days at Svein's parents home which they really enjoyed. Thanks for helping us out with the logistics :-)

Juhu, finally we are back at "mount Evjest" again! :-) ONLY family Helland!

We were quite lucky with the weather, and the kids really enjoyed going cross country around the area.

I just had to take this photo of cup/plates I got from my mother inlaw for a long time ago. I simply love it, and if you ever find a similar ones, give me a hint because I want to have more of them! :-) It was great to come back to the cabin and use it again:-)

Week 7 - Skating at Sørmarka Arena

This Sunday we went to Sørmarka Arena for skating together with Svein Terjes brother and family. We had a great time together, and enjoyed skating all of us! :-)

Svein Terje also finished his new room in the basement! :-) A "boys server room" - can it be better! It looks like an office, but it's really nice, and it was good to tidy everywere and throw away alot of old stuff! :-)
