Making gazillion bobbles with the new bobble machine! :-) So exciting! :-) Just like Evie has! :-)

Celebrating my friend Terese turning 40 years!

Terese invited many of her friends to Champane-Lunch from 14:00 - ......... We did not know for how long, and some thought they were going home for the Eurovision Song Contest, but in the wildest dream that we would like to go at that time! :-) We had a fun day/evening with good food and company. The weather was great and we were outside even after midnight! :-)

Reminds me of Expat life! :-).... only that this is not weekly here! :-) hihi

Week 20 - Travelling 3 hours south in Norway :-)

We were just sooooo lucky! :-) Gun Jorunn with family invited us to "Ålo", on the south coast to stay in her uncle's villa! OMG what a place. The patio was the pier! You cant imagine, must be the greatest place we've ever been to..... in Norway! :-) The weather was great, sun the whole weekend, and we fished and collected crabs hole day long.

Starting without diper, only underwear, so proud! :-)

Just like summer, out in the canoe :-)

View from the villa - Having barbeque, what a great meal! :-)

The garden was absolutely incredible! :-)

We really, really hope that we havn't done that bad impression so we'll get invited again! :-) Cross fingers, because this was just the greatest place ever! :-) Thanks for a fantastic weekend! Everyone had so much fun. The kids were outside from morning to late evening, knocked out when it was bedtime! Can't complain about that! :-)

Renovation at the kitchen has started!

They have taken down half of the kitchen and made a temporary wall so they can start digging outside! :-) We are eating in the hall, and making the food on gass stove on a table. Look, they even installed a window! Can't complain! It allways has to be worse before it gets better again! :-)

Barbeque at the patio

The barbeque season has started, and we used our new furnitures today. So much space, and so comfortable! :-)

The annual Family Helland 17. May picture :-)

Happy Birthday everyone! :-) A great day without any stress, can it be better. The sun was shining most of the day, and we had a fun day. Both for kids and adults! :-) Started with parade at 10:00, then we went to the centre of Randaberg for some games, candyfloss, sweets and sausages! :-) After that we went home for a quick brake before we went to town to look at the "big parade" 16:00. Luckily no rain today! Juhhuuuuu!! In the evening we visited family Emmerhoff for barbeque! Home around 21:00 - Why don't we have a day off tomorrow? :-)

Week 20 - Moved our Baku furnitures out to the patio

Finally! :-) juhu, Svein did a great job with oiling the funitures. Yesterday I went to Ikea and bought many many pillows, and with a great result. We are so happy to have "touch of Baku" on our patio. Silje came over for some redwine on Friday, and we were sitting outside to nearly midnight without any heating! So a great start of the season! :-)
Except from that we have started preparing for the kitchen. They are talking half of the kitchen down on the 18. of May, and making a preliminary wall until they are finished outside. So we have to eat in the hall! :-)
Regards to excersising, I still manage 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately it seems like I've got milk intolerance, so now I try to avoid everything with milk inside. Quite hard in between, because there is nearly milk in everything when you look at the prescription. But keep on going, its good its summertime with much barbeque! :-)

Week 19 - Fixing in the garden

The barbeque season has started, Svein is in action :-)

Anna and Lisa making a strawberry field - Ellen and Lisa playing in the lavo made by tarpaulin. A great playarea! :-)

Week 18 - Visiting Soma, Storhaug and Espedal

After a busy week it was nice to relax and visit some friends. Fam. Soma are moving to Singapore in June so it was nice to see Espen again before he left. The rest of the family are coming after in July! Later on Saturday we went to Storhaug for barbeque, a cosy evening with good food and good company.

On Sunday we visited grandmum and had a walk around in the neighbourhood. After we had a nice afternoon at Espedal family. Long time no seeing! Thanks for a nice day! :-)

Week 17 - Walking to "Rennesøy-hodnet" :-)

Sunday this week Lene and the kids ask if we wanted to join them walking to the top of a local hill. Unfortunately we didn't manage all the way to the top..... Elvis was so tired in his legs and struggled so much that we had to carry him a bit. Poor old dog, soon 12 years old. But we had a great day, and the trip was absolutly great. The kids didn't complain at all! :-)
