Christmas is over for this time:-)

Week 51 - What a great pre Christmas

A great week, full of activities. Anna is so bug now, so she stayed Home two days when Svein and me visited friends we havn't seen for a while. Really nice and cozy. Anna is a good chef and she still suprise us With her excellent skills:-)

Week 50 - White December

Lutefisk (Cod) with mustard sauce, bacon etc.etc made by Børge. He is the best lutefisk maker ever. Thanks for a great meal.

 

Christmas party with Lisas kindergarten - Santa came and the kids had a singing performance. They were so cute! :-)

Christmas celebration with friends. Pinnekjøtt (Lamb) ++++ our typical norwegian christmas tradition - Tasted delicious

Lars played handball matches on Saturday. Allways nice to see when they are playing, they are so eager :-)

Anna was so kind on Tuesday this week. She picked Lisa up from kindergarten early and they made gingerbread cakes. It smelled delicious when I came home from work.

 

 Let is snow let it snow let it snow :-) Unfortunately its gone already, so it looks like it wount be any White Christmas afterall :-(

Week 49 - Finishing Christmas presents etc.

This weekend we have worked hard and finally our 5 handmade annual calenders are ready to be wrapped for Christmas. What a mess it has been in the kitchen, its good to be finished. All uniqe, with pictures and birthday notes for hole family.

Vetle and Emil was here for pizza - We made Tingveien special again, its absolutely delicious.

Lars did a great job cleaning the silver, small angels for the three + the teapot.... Thanks Lars :-)

The tree is finished decorated, and all the ornament is on it. And my new Tigger ornament from Orlando is on as well. I know I don't have as much as Cory, but I'm proud of all I have :-) A bit childly, but we love them :-)  Lisa helps out putting the star on top.

Week 48 - Preparing for Christmas ++++

Hipp Hurray - Alf celebrated his 69 years birthday on Friday, and the whole family were there and celebrated with him. It was a nice and cozy evening.

On Saturday Karsten, Vebjørn and Astrid slept over. We had a fun time, and the beauty little girl was so conficent with us and ended up between Svein Terje and me without hesitation. Tooo cute! :-)

Together with friends I arranged a cafe in the neighbourhood this Saturday. A cozy event, and a nice place to get to now your neighbours better. Even Santa dropped by! :-)

The snow and the Christmas feeling has arrived in Tingveien. We have even decorated inside - everything except the Christmas Three! We are not American you know! :-) hoho

Anna was sleeping over at Ingrids place this weekend, and when we picked her up on Sunday we were so lucky. Vibeke made "lapskaus" to us, and we had a fun time at Laland.

We were also very lucky this weekend, because Mum and Alf said that they have booked a week in Kroatia next summer. Juhu - Hole family with Lene and kids, Vibeke w/family and us are going to stay on an Island outside Split in a big house with 4 appartments. Lucky for us - Grandparents pay! :-)
