Week 46 - Everything happens in the kitchen

Sveins family for dinner, a cozy afternoon around the table - Starter: Porchini Mushrooms soup

Main: "Porter ox steak" with potatoes, salad and brussels sprouts - Dessert: Pannacotta with homemade strawberry sauce and gingergread heart :-)

Anna loves to help in the kitchen. Today she made bons for lunch. They tasted delicious.

Lars and Anna are coloring cards etc. for Christmas.

Week flies and we try to finish everything before we leave for Thailand. Christmas presents, cards, etc. etc. - and we are on schedule! :-) juhu. Mum continues with twice a week of cycling to work, and even manage to walk a trip during evenings. It's good to get some fresh air! :-) Now we are counting days until we leave for Thailand. Can't wait to get some sun and to walk barefoot again. Lovely! :-)

Emil and Lars are just SO creative!

Week 45 - Helena and dad came for a visit :-)

As usual on a Friday! :-) Pizza with family and friends. This time dad and Helena enjoyed us.

Week 44 - Finally we're heading off for Evje again

Arrived "Mount Evjest" around 19:30 Friday night. The kids were quite unpatient in the car, and we had to stop once for Lars because he was carsick. Anyway, when we finally arrived it was really good to be back. I was in charge of the dinner on Friday and the Bighills were organizing the dinner on Saturday. Both days was a success. We played games, had good redwine, walked a trip, went to the centre, and sat around the fireplace. A great weekend with good friends, hope to return in the beginning of 2012. Hopefully there are some snow then! :-)

Week 43 - Halloween(i) :-)

The kids walked from house to house for trick & treat, and they came home with a huge bag of sweets. The girls were so good with Lisa and they followed her for many hours. Thank you! :-)

A lot of good cakes as well. Anna made a brownies, and it tasted delicious.

5 families ++ celebrating Halloween together. A great avent. We had sausages that Lene made, and good pizza from Fattnes and Sørheim.

Week 42 - Sørmarka

This Sunday we walked a trip around in Sørmarka and enjoyed being with family Soma. Karsten and Vebjørn slep over from Saturday to Sunday. The weather was ok, and it was good to walk around in the forrest and enjoying the nature. Next time will will bring lunchbox with us as well.

Except from the trip we've had a nice week. I still have some back problems, but luckily I'm very much better! :-)

Week 41 - Enjoying at home

A great week relaxing at home in front of the fireplace. Still cycling twice a week to work - 60km each week and try to walk a trip in the evenings. Can be hard to find time for everything, especially with the new sofa in the kitchen - cold outside and warm inside! :-)

Anna went to the centre one day and bough Svein and me some gifts. How cute, a sign with "I love you", a small green flower and angry birds to put on Sveins backpack :-) Thanks Anna

Family Bjørkheim was for dinner, the norwegian traditional meal called "lapskaus". It was nice to meet them again. Look at cute Alise, cuddling with Svein, she's just adorable. I'm so proud of being her sponsor!
